30-day returns — no questions asked

You have 30 days to decide. If a piece is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through the Contact page.
2. Include your order number and tell us whether you would like a return or an exchange.
3. Follow the return instructions we send you.
4. Keep the piece, its gift box, and its GRA certificate together for the return.

Item condition

Please return the piece in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene and quality control, items should show no signs of wear or damage beyond trying them on.

Refunds and exchanges

After the returned piece arrives and is checked, we will process the approved refund to the original payment method or dispatch the exchange you requested. We will confirm the next step by email.

Lifetime warranty

Returns are separate from our lifetime warranty. If a covered manufacturing issue appears, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can assess the piece.
