Tell us about your idea — your own design, a preferred stone, a metal, or an engraving request — and we will review it and reply with what may be possible, including pricing and timing. A request is an enquiry only: it is not an instant order, and no custom piece is guaranteed until we confirm it with you.
How to request a custom piece
- Browse the collection first to find the style closest to your idea.
- Send your request through our contact form, with as much detail as you can: the type of piece, the stone and metal you prefer, any engraving, your size, and your budget.
- We will reply to discuss the design, confirm whether it can be made, and agree the price and delivery time before any payment is taken.
