What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone first discovered in a meteor crater and now perfected in a laboratory. It has a refractive index of 2.65, compared with 2.42 for diamond, so it produces exceptionally strong rainbow fire.

Is moissanite durable enough for everyday wear?

Yes. Moissanite measures 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, second only to diamond. It will not cloud, chip, or scratch with normal daily wear.

Is every stone certified?

Yes. Every AURELLE stone is GRA certified, and the GRA certificate of authenticity is included in every box.

What metals do you use?

Our pieces are hand-finished in 925 sterling silver and gold, as described on each product page.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Every piece includes a lifetime warranty against covered manufacturing defects. If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing issue, contact us with your order number and clear photographs. Normal wear, accidental damage, and loss are not manufacturing defects.

Ring Size Guide

For the most accurate fit:

1. Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the same finger.
2. Compare the measurement with the size options on the product page.
3. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their most natural size.
4. If you are between sizes or buying a wider band, choose the larger size for comfort.

Can I send AURELLE as a gift?

Yes. Every order arrives in a signature ivory gift box with satin ribbon. A handwritten gift note is free on request, and the outer packaging is discreet for surprises.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in its box, keep it away from harsh chemicals, and clean it gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Dry it fully before storing.
